"In July, 2011 Echo Company rotated home and we began splitting our support between Lcpl Eric D. Raines of the 1st. Battalion - 3rd Marine Regiment in Afghanistan and Pfc Zack Norman of Charlie Company - 3rd Platoon - 2-35 Infantry Regiment also in Afghanistan.  Each month we alternate who gets  two boxes and who gets one box.  Attached on this site see letters from both of these soldiers."

In October, 2009 the James City Cavalry adopted the 670th MP Company which was stationed in Bagram, Afghanistan.  We sent them "Care Packages" monthly.  They have long since rotated stateside and we have continued our packages to the 415th MPs and the 342nd MPs successively.  In 2010 we shipped a total of 32 boxes of support material to our MP's.  In January, 2011 we switched our support to Echo Company, 114th Battallion, 25th Marine Infantry Division in Iraq.   We thank all of our compatriots and friends for their support of this program for our troops.
